This PWM type charge controller is suitable for 12 volt or 24 volt DC panels and has a dual timer option. Rated at 20 Amp max. It can be used as a standalone charge controller or the solar panel can act as a photocell for controlled lighting use. This control module offers a dual timer mode which allows two on/off times per night, dusk till dawn, and standard single time mode. For example this control module in dual timer mode will allow a light to run from sun set for x hours (2-7 hours), off for a calculated time, and back on x hours (1-5 hours) before sun rise. The calculated off time is automatically determined by the charge controller based on the previous night’s characteristic.
