Same-day delivery within Nairobi will be granted to any online purchase done on a business day before 12 noon (delivery rates apply). Any online purchase made after 12 noon will be delivered between the same day to the next day or within 2-3 more business days. All orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will promptly contact you via telephone or email. Product delivery delays can occasionally occur based on the distance and unavoidable circumstances during delivery.
Rates & delivery estimates
Delivery charges are based on the destination distance and the weight and size of the purchased item(s). For multiple items purchased within a single order by the same buyer, the total weight and size of all the units ordered are summed up to result in a single delivery fee. The same applies for multiple orders submitted during the same day by the same buyer or for the same delivery window of the total orders that are pending delivery. Each order submitted has its own delivery rate unless the buyer communicates the need to combine two or more orders together to get a combined delivery rate.
Confirmation of delivery & Order tracking
Upon completing your order and once all payments have been settled, you will receive a call from +254762790321 or +254762790319 to affirm the delivery rate of your order(s) based on your preferred physical address, and you will also receive a call from either of the previously mentioned phone numbers once your order has been sent out to your noted location. You can track the progress of your order to see if it has been processed or not by clicking on the “My Account” link at the bottom of our website and by navigating over to the “Orders” tab.
We are not liable for any damaged or lost item during delivery especially after delivery notes have been signed by the customer or their representatives. It is by signing that you agree to have confirmed your items and approved that they have been received well and in good working condition. If you received your goods damaged, tempered, or broken prior to signing the delivery note, then please contact us ASAP to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Don’t throw them away! DOA = RMA
For “Dead on Arrival” products, the buyer needs to make sure that all the parts and accessories of the product are there in the box that came with it, or as it was delivered. Failure will result in a non-acceptance of the DOA case and will be treated as RMA (the shipping and delivery charges to and from the service center have to be bored by the customer only and the convenience fee if applicable will also be deducted from the ordered amount paid).
