This is a Osram LEDvance 5ft 1500mm 19.1w LED T8 Tube with a frosted finish.
These tubes are a direct retrofit for old 58w T8 or 65w T12 fluorescent tubes in switch start fittings as they come complete with a Free LED Starter. All you need to do is simply remove the old tube and starter and replace with the LED tube and starter supplied. They can also be used in high frequency fittings, by bypassing the control gear and wiring the fitting live and neutral to one end only.
